APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We request 24-hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. Repeated “No Show” and “Cancellation” appointments may require pre-payment of services which is non-refundable and forfeit if the next scheduled appointment is missed. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in consideration for our other clients.

Of course, we understand life happens and we are very accommodating. The courtesy of a phone call is greatly appreciated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND “DEALS”

Please have your Gift Certificate Number or Voucher Number available when making your appointment.

Our appointment change policy applies to Gift Certificates and “Deals” in so far as when a scheduled appointment is missed, the pre-paid amount will be honored and secured at face value only and may be subject to forfeiture should repeated “No Show” or “Cancellation” appointments occur.

As with all of our clients, appointments are suggested and are subject to availability, however, walk-ins are always welcome. We look forward to every opportunity to gain you as a regular client.

We are very excited that you have chosen to spend your time with us! It is our goal to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of our clients. so that you will look forward to each and every visit to Lotus.

Please finish your conversation and silence your cell phone upon arrival. Your scheduled appointment is your time to relax and enjoy your service. We want to ensure you receive our uninterrupted attention.

Guests not receiving services are welcome to wait in our comfortable reception area. We request that only those receiving services are in our salon service area.

For the safety and consideration of all our guests and employees, only those children receiving services are allowed in our salon service area. Children under the age of 12 years who are not receiving services, must be under adult supervision at all times while in the reception area.
